Alert: Regarding SPIn Outage
To our Valued Partners,
We experienced an outage with our SPIn cloud-based integration tool, detected by our monitoring team at approximately 6:30 pm ET.
KEY POINTS:
- Cause: The outage was due to an issue with Microsoft’s Azure Data Center in the Central U.S. Initially, our failover system did not work because it was pointing to one of the impacted data centers.
- Current Status: Microsoft is aware and working to resolve the problem.
- Our actions: We have successfully redirected SPIn service to an unaffected Microsoft data center. We are now seeing successful transactions being processed through SPIn. All affected terminals should be processing shortly.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide additional updates as
needed.
