How to setup and use Quickbooks on the the Gateway
This feature only works with Online Quickbooks
Instructions
Initial connection to iPOS portal
Once logged in, from your left panel (menu) click on “Settings”
Select “Integrate with Quickbooks” and you will see the options to “enable” or “disable”. Click on “enable”
You will now have a green button that says “Connect to quickbooks”, follow the prompts to login to quickbooks.
To finalize, select the service and ledger you want to update your transactions against.
How to view transactions:
From Quickbooks, go to sales > all transactions.
From our portal, go to transactions, those uploaded to quickbooks will have the word quickbooks in the label.
