Growing Our West Coast Connection
A conversation at Transact ETA 2024 opened the door to an opportunity in Las Vegas. Dejavoo saw the potential to build a stronger connection with partners on the West Coast, and we’ve continued growing our presence there ever since.
Today, our Las Vegas office is home to people who help turn that opportunity into lasting relationships. Oshrit is part of that story. Working across sales administration and inside sales, she connects sales reps, partners, customers, and internal teams—and brings a personal understanding of what it means to help a business grow.
We sat down with Oshrit to learn about her role, the team in Las Vegas, and the experience she brings to her work every day.

What is your role at Dejavoo, and how would you describe what you do to someone outside the company?
I’m part of Dejavoo’s Sales team, working in sales administration and inside sales. I help connect our sales reps, customers, partners, and internal departments so we can work toward the same goals. I also focus on improving processes and helping our team grow. I enjoy taking a challenge and finding a way forward together.
What do you enjoy most about working with Dejavoo’s partners, customers, and sales team?
I enjoy getting to know people and understanding what they really need. Every partner and customer is different, so I like finding the right solution for each situation.
The relationships within our sales team matter just as much to me. Sometimes a rep needs help with an opportunity; other times, they need someone to listen to an idea or talk through a challenge. When people feel supported, they become more confident and more willing to grow.
What makes the Las Vegas office—and the team behind it—special?
The people. Everyone brings different strengths, personalities, and experiences, and we’re willing to step in for one another. We work hard, move quickly, and keep looking for ways to improve. There’s great energy in the office, and we know how to have fun along the way.
What is something people across Dejavoo might be surprised to learn about you?
I was an early childhood teacher for 10 years. I’m also a creative person who loves coming up with ideas and finding better ways to do things. I think both sides of me show up at work—in how I approach challenges and in how I support the people around me.
When you’re not working, what are you most likely to be doing?
When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my husband and 2 kids, Eytan 14, Meeka 12 and my 2 Terrier dogs, enjoying the simple things—good food, traveling, discovering new places, and making memories together. I also love staying busy and trying new things.
For me, time with family is the best way to recharge and come back to work with a fresh perspective.
