Every Conversation Shapes
What’s Next

From the road.

Amit Iris Zenou | Conversations That Move Us Forward

Every event reminds me that the payments industry is, first and foremost, a relationship business.

Whether we’re reconnecting with longtime partners or meeting someone for the first time, every conversation gives us an opportunity to listen, learn, and better understand the challenges our partners face every day. Those conversations don’t end when the trade show floor closes. They become part of how we think, how we innovate, and ultimately, how we build the solutions that help our partners grow.

This summer, our team had the privilege of attending two outstanding industry events: the Midwest Acquirers’ Association conference in Chicago and RetailNOW in Las Vegas. Each event offered valuable opportunities to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas, and celebrate the partnerships that continue to drive our industry forward.

One of the highlights of RetailNOW was the honor of receiving the RSPA Vendor Award of Excellence. While we’re incredibly proud of this recognition, what made it truly meaningful was knowing it reflects the trust and confidence our partners place in us. Awards are gratifying, but they’re ultimately the result of strong partnerships built over time.

As you’ll see throughout this issue, many of the innovations we’re sharing – from DejaPayPro and new integrations to certifications and partner programs – have something in common. They were shaped by listening to our partners and understanding what they need to succeed in an increasingly connected payments landscape.

On behalf of everyone at Dejavoo, thank you for your continued partnership, your honest feedback, and your confidence in our team. Together, we’re building more than payment solutions – we’re building lasting relationships that help businesses thrive.

I look forward to continuing the conversation.

VP, of Marketing and Communications

ON THE ROAD

Chicago. Las Vegas. One Shared Vision.

Every trade show is an opportunity to reconnect with partners, exchange ideas, and discover what’s next. This summer, our journey took us from Chicago to Las Vegas, where hundreds of conversations reaffirmed what matters most: helping our partners grow through innovation, flexibility, and trusted relationships.

MWAA • Chicago

Chicago has long been known as the “City of Big Shoulders” – a tribute to the hardworking businesses that have shaped its history. It was a fitting backdrop for the Midwest Acquirers’ Association conference, where conversations centered on the same entrepreneurial spirit that drives the merchants our partners serve every day.

Throughout the event, our team met with ISOs, payment professionals, and technology partners to discuss the evolving needs of small and mid-sized businesses. From simplifying restaurant operations to expanding omnichannel payment capabilities, one theme emerged again and again: partners are looking for technology that is easy to deploy, flexible to integrate, and built to scale.

RetailNOW • Las Vegas

RetailNOW once again proved why it’s one of the industry’s premier events for retail technology professionals. From product demonstrations to partner meetings, the energy on the show floor reflected an industry that’s moving quickly – and one that’s embracing innovation at every level.

One of the proudest moments of the event came when Dejavoo received the RSPA Vendor Award of Excellence – Bronze for Software & Hardware. Unlike many industry awards, the RSPA Vendor Awards are determined by reseller voting, making the recognition especially meaningful. It reflects the confidence our partners place not only in our technology, but also in the service and support that stand behind it.

To everyone who visited our booth, attended our presentations, or simply stopped to introduce themselves – thank you. Every conversation strengthens our partnerships and inspires the next generation of solutions.

A Summer of Momentum

Whether in Chicago or Las Vegas, the message was remarkably consistent. Partners are looking for solutions that reduce complexity, expand opportunity, and help merchants thrive in a rapidly changing payments landscape.

The stories ahead reflect many of those conversations – from new restaurant capabilities with DejaPayPro to expanded integrations, certifications, and partner programs designed to help our network succeed.

Because at Dejavoo, every conversation shapes what’s next.
DejaPayPro

One Platform. Every Order. Zero Headaches.

food-delivery

Walk into almost any busy restaurant during lunch or dinner, and you’ll likely see the same scene: multiple tablets lighting up with incoming orders, staff switching between delivery apps, and managers trying to reconcile orders from several different platforms before the rush is over.

Online ordering has transformed the restaurant industry. But for many operators, managing it has become almost as challenging as the lunch rush itself.

Every additional device creates another workflow to learn, another screen to monitor, and another opportunity for an order to be delayed or missed.

That’s exactly the challenge Dejavoo set out to solve.

DejaPayPro Delivers transforms DejaPayPro into a centralized command center for restaurant operations, bringing third-party delivery services and in-house order management together in one intuitive platform. Restaurants can connect with leading delivery providers – including DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub – without
replacing their POS, purchasing additional hardware, or changing the way they do business.

The result is a simpler workflow that helps restaurant staff spend less time managing technology and more time serving guests.

Built Around the Way Restaurants Actually Work

Restaurant operators don’t think in terms of software platforms.

They think about keeping tables full, kitchens moving, employees productive, and customers happy.

That’s why every feature in DejaPayPro was designed around the realities of a busy restaurant.

DejaPayPro Delivers. One Platform. Complete Visibility.

Instead of bouncing between multiple delivery apps, every order flows into a single interface, making it easier to manage service during even the busiest shifts.

Smarter Inventory Management.

When an item sells out, menus update automatically, helping restaurants avoid disappointing customers with unavailable selections.

Faster Order Management.

Orders can be accepted automatically, while one-touch status updates notify delivery drivers the moment meals are ready for pickup, reducing delays and improving the guest experience.

One Complete View of Performance.

Instead of reviewing separate reports from multiple delivery services, restaurants gain unified reporting across every delivery channel, making it easier to understand sales, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.

Pricing That Makes Sense.

No confusing pricing tiers. No unexpected order limits. Just straightforward, scalable pricing designed to support growing restaurants.

DejaPayPro continues to evolve beyond payment acceptance into a complete restaurant management platform.

New features like Table Mapping give restaurant staff an interactive floor plan to visualize seating, assign tables, customize layouts, and keep service flowing during busy shifts. Whether managing a cozy café or a bustling dining room, teams have the flexibility to adapt the floor plan to match their operations.

The platform also supports a wide range of hardware options – from Android and iPad tablets to Dejavoo’s D1 Register, P18 wireless terminal, and P8 Dual Screen devices – allowing restaurants to choose the configuration that best fits their business.

We’ve expanded the power of iPOSpays with new certifications and enhancements that help partners and merchants do more.

INTEGRATION SPOTLIGHT

Every integration represents more than a technical milestone.

It represents another opportunity for our partners to enter new markets, support more merchants, and deliver solutions tailored to the unique needs of each business they serve.

This month, we’re excited to highlight two new partnerships that expand what’s possible for our partners: Winston POS and Bead.

Helping Restaurants Work Smarter

Running a restaurant means balancing countless moving parts – from front-of-house service and kitchen operations to online ordering and payment processing. Operators need technology that keeps everything connected without adding complexity.

That’s where Winston POS comes in.

Through its integration with Dejavoo, Winston POS delivers a restaurant management experience that combines intuitive operations with secure, reliable payment acceptance. Together, the two platforms help restaurants streamline daily operations while providing the flexibility to grow as their business evolves.

For our partners, the integration opens new opportunities to deliver a modern restaurant solution backed by Dejavoo’s trusted payment technology.

Making Connected Commerce Even Stronger

Today’s customers expect the freedom to pay using the method that’s most convenient for them – whether that’s a credit card, PayPal, Venmo, Klarna, or even cryptocurrency. Yet many merchants are still limited by payment systems designed for yesterday’s economy.

To help merchants keep pace with this evolution, Dejavoo has partnered with Bead to expand merchant acceptance beyond traditional card payments, delivering a true omnichannel payment experience through Dejavoo’s iPOSpays platform.

Connecting Bead’s capabilities with Dejavoo’s payment platform represents another opportunity for our partners to enter new markets, support more merchants, and deliver solutions tailored to the unique needs of each business they serve.

As Dejavoo continues to grow, so do the possibilities for our partners.
