iPOSpays Forward

Product updates for Dejavoo partners

iPOSpays continues to evolve with new capabilities that give ISOs and ISVs more ways to support their merchants.

In this edition of iPOSpays Forward, we’re introducing expanded processing options, richer transaction data, broader address support and enhancements designed to streamline payment and transaction workflows.

Expand Your Processing Options with RS2

iPOSpays now supports RS2 as a payment processor, expanding the processing options available to ISOs and their merchants.

Users can create and manage RS2-powered TPNs directly within the iPOSpays portal using the familiar merchant onboarding workflow—providing greater flexibility without adding complexity.

Supported payment solutions: Dejavoo P Series terminals and CloudPOS.

Get Richer Transaction Data from the Feed

The expanded iPOSpays Feed payload provides downstream applications with more transaction data to support integrations, tracking and reconciliation.

The Feed now includes Host Transaction ID, Consumer ID, Recon ID and Subscription ID, along with HMAC Version 3 support—giving ISVs more useful transaction context for downstream workflows.

Keep Transactions Moving with Faster Consumer IDs

Consumer IDs can now be generated or retrieved earlier in the iPOS Transact API workflow.

Once a customer’s email address or phone number is provided, the Consumer ID can be generated while the signature upload continues in the background. There’s no longer a need to wait for the signature upload to complete before the Consumer ID becomes available, helping transactions move through the workflow faster.

Serve More Customers with Expanded Postal Code Support

iPOSpays now supports Canadian postal codes and 9-digit U.S. ZIP codes (ZIP+4) in addition to standard 5-digit U.S. ZIP codes. The expanded address validation gives merchants greater flexibility when serving customers across the U.S. and Canada.

Supported areas include:

Make ACH Reconciliation Easier

Merchants can now more easily identify, match and reconcile ACH payments in iPOSpays.

Transaction Reference IDs (Invoice Numbers) are now displayed as External Reference IDs within iPOSpays transaction details, making it easier to connect payments with the appropriate invoice or transaction.

This enhancement applies to ACH transactions completed through:

  • Send Payment Link (CloudPOS)
  • Hosted Payment Page (HPP) API
  • Generic Hosted Payment Page (GHPP)

A Smoother Tap to Pay on iPhone Experience with iPOSgo!

We’ve improved how signature uploads are handled during Tap to Pay on iPhone with iPOSgo!

Signature uploads are now processed after a transaction is completed or declined, maintaining existing signature functionality while creating a smoother payment experience.

This enhancement applies across the Customer Copy, Email & SMS, and Feedback screens.
