James, how long have you been with Dejavoo?
Seven and a half years.
What does a typical day look like for someone on the Relationship Management team, and what are your biggest responsibilities?
A typical day includes constant email and phone communication with our partners.
How does the Relationship Management team help drive success for our customers and the company?
Sharing our knowledge and providing in-depth training to partners not only answers their immediate questions but also gives them the tools to be self-sufficient.
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about your role?
I would say we do not surprise many people. Our job is to be the experts, and the members of the RM team are just that.
What’s your favorite part of working here?
The closeness that this team has. We bounce ideas and troubleshooting off each other on a daily basis.
What advice would you’d give a colleague working on your team?
Trust your knowledge!!! You are in this position for a reason, and if you do not know the solution, do not be afraid to ask for assistance.
What’s a recent win you’re proud of?
As the Head of the Relationship Management team, a win for me is the praise I see from the partners regarding the service their RM provided.

Chene, how long have you been with Dejavoo?
1 year, 4 1/2 months.
What’s your favorite part of working at Dejavoo?
Definitely the relationships. I love helping people grow. Being able to help people, provide knowledge in training, build trust, and be someone our partners know they can count on.
What advice would you’d give a colleague working on your team?
Gather and give as much detail as you can upfront. It helps us get to the root of things faster and makes it easier to help.
What does a typical day look like for someone on the Relationship Management team, and what are your biggest responsibilities?
Every day is different, but I spend most of my time helping partners with questions, troubleshooting issues, and keeping things moving for them, including assisting with RKLs, STEAM, DENOVO, IPOSPAYS, SPIN and file build training.
How does the Relationship Management team help drive success for our customers and the company?
We’re here to support our partners and make things easier for them. Whether it’s fixing issues, answering questions, or just being a reliable point of contact. We keep things running smoothly and build trust along the way.
What’s a recent win you’re proud of?
I’m proud of the relationships I’ve built and the trust I’ve earned with partners. It feels good knowing people know they can come to me and I’ll do everything I can to help.

Gabriel, how long have you been with Dejavoo?
Two years on July 29.
What does a typical day look like for someone on the Relationship Management team, and what are your biggest responsibilities?
My day starts with a cup of coffee, checking emails, and preparing for any scheduled meetings. From there, it’s all about supporting our partners—handling escalations by phone and email, assisting our Tech Support team with production issues, and following up on open cases to keep everything moving forward.
How does the Relationship Management team help drive success for our customers and the company?
Being a Relationship Manager gives us the opportunity to build genuine relationships with our partners and earn their trust. By sharing our knowledge and providing dependable support, we help give them the tools they need to succeed and deliver the same level of trust and service to their own customers.
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about your role?
Probably how much laughter there is. Even when we’re working through challenging issues, many of our calls end with a joke, a laugh, and wishing each other a great day. Building relationships means enjoying the people you work with, too.
What’s your favorite part of working here?
The opportunities to grow professionally and the relationships you build with both partners and coworkers. Over time, they really become an extended family.
What’s one tip you’d give a colleague working on your team?
Remember that laughter is the best medicine. As Charles Chaplin said, “A day without laughter is a day wasted.” Our job is to support our partners, but being genuinely happy and bringing a positive attitude to every interaction makes us better at helping others.
What’s a recent win you’re proud of?
Helping bridge the gap between our engineering team and a strategic partner to resolve an issue that initially seemed unsolvable.
