We added new parameters to match “most frequently used” in our download requests. This should minimize redundant emails. Also, the special instructions field has been reduced to no more than 250 characters to avoid repetitive instructions and unnecessary overwhelming instructions. This to optimize support’s time when building files.

🐛Bug Fixes:

 

Previously, there was an issue on our protected forms, where the fields were required and were not filled in, the page would not alert you of the missing fields but would send you back to the login screen. This was updated and fixed, now the user will get an alert of the missing fields and allow them to fill it in. This was implemented with the use of AJAX.
