SP-157 - Getting issue details... STATUS

By a request to SPIn Proxy API in any time get a response from a terminal
e.g. POS does not get a response and POS may ask for a response only without a new transaction.

For this need to use request to https://spinpos.net/spin/GetTransactionResult?TerminalTransaction= and send an original request as a parameter

This request will be operated only by SPIN Proxy Server and the server will return a response from a terminal if the terminal provided it.
