1. To ensure that the order is sent to the kitchen printer, first go to the printer settings by navigating to Settings -> POS -> Printer. Then, open the desired printer and specify "Kitchen" in the "Printer operation" section.

  1. After that, press 'Save'.

  2. After that, go to the menu and open the editing section for the item for which you need to print kitchen receipts.

  3. Next, go to the "Details" section and specify "Kitchen" for the Printer Type.

  1. After that, press 'Save'

After this, when saving the order/payment with this item, a receipt will be printed on the kitchen printer.
