Сonditions for Refund:

  • it is possible to return not only the full amount or all items, but part of the amount or a specific item;

  • if the butch was closed on the terminal and the transaction can no longer be voided.

  • The Payment Tool of the transaction allows to make refund. See Table “Payment Tools and their Capabilities for refunds”

  1. Go to “List of Sales”

  1. Open order details

  2. Press “Refund” button . The Void/Return operation can only be performed by an operator who has "Void/Return Sales Transactions.

  1. It is possible to make a refund for a certain item or all items (including fee/discount/taxes or not). For a sale, you can make several refunds, as long as the remainder of the sale allows you to do this

  1. Specify the reason and then click Confirm.

  2. Select Payment type and Press “Refund”

  1. Receipt printed and displayed. Press “Finish”

  2. A separate transaction labeled “Refund” will appear in the transaction list. It is possible to open sale and refund details for this sale

Orphaned refund

  1. Go to More → Return. The Void/Return operation can only be performed by an operator who has "Void/Return Sales Transactions

  1. Enter Amount. Press “ENTER”
