To ensure that the order is sent to the kitchen printer, first go to the printer settings by navigating to Settings -> POS -> Printer. Then, open the desired printer and specify "Kitchen" in the "Printer operation" section.
After that, press 'Save'.
After that, go to the menu and open the editing section for the item for which you need to print kitchen receipts
Next, go to the "Details" section and specify "Kitchen" for the Printer Type.
After that, press 'Save'
After this, when saving the order/payment with this item, a receipt will be printed on the kitchen printer.
Create an order by going to the menu and adding an item to the cart.
Next, click on 'Order Type' and select the desired type
The order can then be saved by clicking the save
The 'Save' button will only be available if you enable the 'Button save order' option within the POS settings.
After this, an order ticket will be printed on the kitchen printer.
To finalize the order with payment, click “Checkout“ and proceed to the payment processing screen.
