Terminals are visible within the same inventory — if one POS terminal adds a terminal, it becomes visible to other POS terminals. Therefore, if there is more than one POS terminal in the warehouse, there is no need to repeat the peripheral device setup steps — it is enough to do it once.

To set a terminal as the default:
More-->Pos --> Terminals
Open the desired terminal and enable 'Default terminal'
Reciepts
You can configure receipts in the 'Receipts' section
More-->Pos --> Receipts
