Basics
Modifiers can be managed in the Inventory settings (More - Settings - Inventory). In the settings on the Modifiers tab you can see all the existing modifiers, reorder them or add new ones.
There are three sections modifiers can belong to: Common, Individual and Unused modifiers. Common modifiers are those modifiers which are linked to more than one item. Individual modifiers are linked only to one of the items and unused modifiers are not linked to any of the items.
Creating modifiers
To create a modifier press the “Add New” button.
On the creating modifier screen you can name the modifier, enable optional settings for it and create options this modifier will contain
Press “Add Option” and create a new option to the modifier. Several options can be created for one modifier. While on the creating option screen you can give the option a name, set a price for it and set the option as default
To delete a modifier/option press the “Delete” button in the upright corner while managing it.
Please see an example of a fully configured modifier on the screenshot below:
There is more information on the optional settings for modifiers in the “Optional Settings” section of this manual further below.
Reordering modifiers and options
To reorder created Modifiers press the “Reorder” button, then long push the
icon next to a modifier and drag the modifier higher or lower to change the order. This will also put the modifier higher or lower on the modifier list of the item when in the cart.
You can only move modifiers within the section they belong to (common/individual/unused). When an item is in the cart its individual modifiers will stay higher on the list than common modifiers
To reorder Options press the reorder
button while managing the modifier it belongs to then long push the
icon and drag the Option higher or lower on the list. This will accordingly put the Option more to the left or to the right on the list of options when applying to an item in the cart

Modifiers are linked to an item(s) manually while managing the item. To link a modifier(s) to the item press “Add New” button, select a modifier(s) from the list (a check mark will appear and the modifier will be moved to the “Enabled” section) or create a new one by pressing the “Add” button (to remove a modifier press the selected one again), press “Continue” and then “Save”.
After modifiers are linked to an item they will be available to be applied to the items in the cart or they will be applied automatically depending on your settings.

“Modifiers and Taxes” screen will open. Select a modifier(s) you need and then press “Save“.
Optional Settings
There are several optional settings you can use while creating and managing modifiers. You can use multiple settings at once.
1. Multiselect setting
The Multiselect setting allows you to select several options of a modifier. The total price will change in accordance the the number and the price of the selected options . When Multiselect setting is enabled there will appear an additional setting(field) named “Max Options To Select”. In this field you can set the maximum number of Options of this modifier you can apply to an item. On the screenshot below you can see that no more than 2 options of “Bread” modifier can be selected at once for one item.
If you try to select more options of this modifier than it was set a warning massage will appear and it won’t be possible to save your changes
If you don’t want to limit the number of options to select just leave the “Max Options To Select” field empty
2. Countable Options setting
The Countable Options setting allows you to select the same option more than once. This will change the number of units of this option applied to an item. This will also change the total price accordingly. When the Countable Options setting is enabled a “+” icon will appear in the downright corner of the option when selected. Press the “+” icon to increase the number of units of this options. When 2 and more units are selected the exact number of units will appear next to the option name. The price of the option will also change. On the screenshot below 4 portions of mayonnaise (the original price of the option is 1$) were applied to the item
If “Multiselect” setting is also enabled you can select several units of several options for the item at once.
3. Forced setting
When enabled the Forced setting will force you to select an Option of the modifier when putting the item it applied to in the cart. When putting such an item in the cart the “Modifiers and Taxes” sсreen will open with a warning massage next to the Modifier with this setting enabled.
The screen will not open if any of options has the “Default” setting enabled (more information on Default setting is down below). If this is the case the item will be added to the cart with the default option(s) applied. It will also not allow you to remove the modifier completely from the item in the cart in the Modifiers and Taxes screen
4. Default setting for Options
The Default setting can be enabled or disabled while creating or managing Options of a modifier
If an Option is set as default it will be automatically applied to the item when put in the cart. Default options can be removed manually from the cart if necessary (unless the modifier is Forced)
