1. To work with operators go tu More→ Location → Operators.

2. Next, click "Add new operator"

3. Fill in the operator's details.

Required fields:

• First Name

• Password

Next, in the Permissions section, configure the operator's access.

• Edit category and items - Provides access to edit and add categories and items in the catalog and inventory settings.

• Modify Item in Cart - Provides access to edit the price of an item that has already been added to the cart.

• Return/void operations - Provides access to Return/void

• Sales history - Provides access to "History" and "Sales List."

• Batch Z-report - Provides access to perform Z-report.

• Register settings - Provides access to settings.

• Use Discount - Provides access to apply discounts to the cart/product.

• Employee Manager - Provides access to work with Operators.

• Manual Item - Provides access to the Manual.

• Adjust in Kitchen Item - Allows to cancel items transferred to the kitchen.

• Delete orders - Allows to delete the order.

• X tape and X Tape by Operators - Provides access to perform X tape.

• X/Z Reports History - Provides access to view the history of X/Z Reports.

• Tip Adjust - Provides access to Tip Adjust. (It's only available for the US and Puerto Rico.)

• Cash Drawer - Provides access to the Cash Drawer.

• Manual Discount - Provides access to manual discount.

• Manage Personal Account - Allow making payments through personal accounts.

To delete an operator, activate Disabled.
