To open an order, go to 'Orders'.
A list of orders will be displayed
To manage an order, click the icon more (…)
Here you can:
Go to checkout
make precheck (for unpaid orders) or print receipt for paid orders
reprint kitchen receipt
open in cart
change status (when order was received from integration app)
select/ change order type
Select/change table (for table order types)
Select consumer
Change waiters
Delete order (for unpaid) or reject (for paid)
3. You can change an item status when pressing on Item row. Available statuses:
hold
cooking
ready to serve
served
sold
You can filter order list with:
Waiters
Status
Payment (paid/unpaid)
Order type
Show details - if enable user can see all added items to the order, if disabled - items will be hidden
To finalize the order with payment, click “Checkout“ and proceed to the payment processing screen. Paid order will no longer available in the Orders list (if this order doesn’t have extended statuses)
