Usually this error means:

  • that terminal in SPIN bypass mode and user sees regular IDLE screen instead of SPIn screen

  • terminal does some operation (uploading data to DeNovo, Settlement, waiting for user activity like add signature, etc)

How to go back to register app on Android terminal after transaction is cancelled or approved?

When register app communicates to terminal app over the Internet via SPIn Proxy after transaction device will stay on the Payment app.

If user uses SPIn Proxy reqeust to communicate between ECR and Terminal application. Terminal application will take controll of the screen and will not return screen back so ERC app will continue to work in background.

To bring ECR app to the pelase follow the next recommendations:

  • ECR app should be ready to lissted for SPIN respoonse in a background. If ECR app does not work in background it will not get SPIn response.

  • When SPIn Proxy returns a response to ECR app back. ECR app needs to take a controll on the screen. How to do it please review this page.  Example: Waking up the screen

Requirements for applications on QD-line devices

  1. minSDK version: 21+ (recommended 23 for WizarPOS Q2)

  2. If you use native libraries, you should add to the app Manifest file in the application module 

    android:extractNativeLibs="true"

Add application to Dejavoo Market

To add your applicaiton into Dejavoo Market, please send:

  • Application name that we show in the Market app

  • Application logo 512x512px that we will show for your application in the Market app

  • .APK-file we will add it into test Market and then add information about the app into the production market. Do not hesitate to send a test build while you are still working with the app. We need some time to add your app to the Market for the first time. If we do it before the release at the release time, it will be faster.

  • Please provide a test login/password and simple description that will let us do a transaction in your app. You may send a step-by-step video on how you operate a terminal transaction in your app

  • Addtionally you may infirm as should we add it only on test or prod Market and we may set applicaiton as unverified to let you complete some tests before users will see that app.

How long does it take for the app to get added to the Market

For the first time it takes about 2-3 days

We need this time for some development on our side to add infomation about the app into Market, do a new Market build and test it.

How to see a new App in Market

When an app was added to a new version of Market how to install it:

  1. Open Market app. The Market will update itself to a new version of Market that support the app.

  2. After the market restarts follow the next steps

  3. Inside Market do to settings (default PIN 1111)

  4. In Settings select "Show Applications" (PIN 1379)

  5. In the list set the checkbox ON for the app and press the back button (the app will be the last in the list)

  6. You will see the app in the list of applications on the main Market screen you will be able to install it

How to see unverified builds in Market app

Settings -> pin-code for settings -> tap 8 times to QA MODE -> disable Show only verified builds

How to enable app visibility

Settings -> pin-code for settings -> tap Show applications -> pin-code for app visibility -> find and enable your app
