Product End of Life (EOL), Z3 and Z6 (V3P)

Our supplier has announced the End of Life (EOL) of Castles V3P product, which includes the current models of the Dejavoo Z3 and Z6

Dear Valued Customer,
Our supplier has announced the End of Life (EOL) of Castles V3P product, which includes
the current models of the Dejavoo Z3 and Z6. The main reason was cited to be “serious
material shortages that are impacting production”.
The Z3 and Z6 products will be replaced with a single new model that we will continue to
call the “Z6” (manufacturer’s model V3P3), a model that enables Castles to minimize its
costs and secure better access to components. This product will operate with our existing
EMV Kernel, maintaining current Dejavoo applications, certifications and systems.

Below are key dates that should be acknowledged:

EOL Announcement, date June 30, 2022. End-of life notification has been
distributed. 

End of Sales, date September 30 2022. The last date purchase orders
can be submitted for the above products. PO’s placed after June 30th cannot be cancelled.

Final Shipment, date March 31, 2023 Last date to ship final purchase

End of Life date September 30, 2025 The last day to receive service/
repairs and technical support.
